It’s not too soon to plan for the 2019 National Night Out. The first Tuesday in August is an international night of building neighborhoods, to get to know your neighbors and to help make our communities safer. You can host a small block event in your front yard, get permits from the city of San Jose and have a bigger block party, organize a walking tour or whatever you like. If you register for the event, the city and county will work with you to have resources available, send staff or have police and fire stop by. There are lots of good ideas on the national website and if you need SONA to help, let us know.

SONA will be taking July off so we can have fun, too!  See you in the fun zones.
